Cancellation Policy

We keep things simple and fair. The Greetline reception service is month-to-month unless your service agreement states otherwise.
Cancelling
- You may cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice to hello@greetline.ca.
- Your service continues, and monthly fees apply, through the end of the notice period.
- The one-time setup fee is non-refundable once onboarding has begun.
Pausing
Seasonal or short-term pauses can be arranged — contact us and we'll set a hold and a resume date so you're not billed for months you don't use.
Your number & data
If you brought or forwarded your own number, it remains yours; we help you point it back to your line on cancellation. On request, we delete your call recordings, transcripts, and summaries after any retention period required by your agreement, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Cancellation by us
If we must discontinue the service, we'll give you reasonable notice and a pro-rated refund of any prepaid, unused subscription fees.
